Any animal is willing to kill the ‘Other’.
But the higher beings include more and more living things to their self-story, until at last there is no ‘Other’.
Until the needs of the others are more important than any private desires.
The highest beings of all are the ones who are willing to pay any personal cost for the good of those who need them.
The majority of our best literature, music, inventions and thinkers were and
are influenced by weed.
Counter-productive? Heck yeah! It sure can be.
But,
just like anything else, discipline and responsibility must be taken into consideration.
As far as health issues, inhaling smoke just seems to be a bad idea.
Distortion of reality is nothing new. And in this society, sometimes a distorted viewpoint is needed. The decision to legalize is a complex issue and the needs attention of a clear mind. But today is a good day to be distorted.
So with that
I leave you for the cello in the corner and the raindrops on my window sill.
It seems that
the overzealous Christians have found the ‘evil internets’.
For them it is a breeding ground for miss-information in which they spawn.
Throughout
history, overzealous Christians have been the worst at forcing their religion and
belief system upon just about every continent across the planet. The
everyday overzealous Christian touts himself as a loving and caring individual, but
as a group, they become a vigilante organization calling for the heads
of anyone who doesn’t believe in the same God as themselves.
Now that AOL
has made it easy for anyone to log on to these ‘evil internets’,
more and more of these overzealous Christians are spreading a type of hatred and miss-information that they themselves believe
to be fighting. They are doing so for your country! And…to
help them justify the reality of their own sins.
If you google
any thought, or any opinion, of anyone, you can easily find some sort of documentation
to dispute it.
The internet
is a tool, just as a violin, anyone can learn to make noise with it,
but a master uses it to enlighten himself and please others.
Just because it is on the internet does not make it true. Research and think for yourself before falling victim to their terrorism.
This, in no
way, is a blanket statement on Christians or Christianity. I am mainly
citing the ‘extremists’ at large. And isn’t it funny, on the surface, they are
hard to spot…
Yet they walk among us daily.
‘And why
beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest
not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Or how wilt
thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye;
and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Thou hypocrite,
first cast out the beam out of thy own eye; and then shalt thou see
clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye’ (Matthew
7:3–5).
The following is a wonderful article by L. M. Vance I found that touches on the overzealous Christian nature and their ‘new’ medium.
Plus a nice video to listen to while you read.
(I have to temper all of this with some kind of positive message
